Matthias Tenger

Matthias Tenger began his professional career in 1989 at the former Schweizerische Bankgesellschaft SBG, where he worked for three years as a market maker of Japanese convertible bonds. In 1992 he moved for a further 3 years to UBS Philips & Drew in Tokyo, where he traded warrants and index futures in addition to convertible bonds.

From 1995 to 2000, he managed the market making of Japanese convertible bonds and warrants for the Industrial Bank of Japan in Zurich and built up the sales trading for Japanese equities.
In 2001 he joined EMCORE Asset Management AG, where he held various positions, most recently as portfolio and risk manager and quantitative analyst. In this function Matthias Tenger was responsible for a self-developed portfolio and risk management system. 

Matthias Tenger joined Holinger Asset Management AG in November 2019.
